About Us
Grandma's Care, Lodge & Haven was founded on a simple idea: seniors deserve a place they call home, not an institution. We are a small group of specialty care homes in Grants Pass, Oregon, built around steady relationships, calm routines, and genuine attention.
Our team brings years of experience in senior care, memory support, and hospice partnership. We chose this work because we love older adults and we wanted to do this differently — quieter, warmer, more personal.
We intentionally keep our home small so every resident gets attentive, name-by-name care — not a number on a clipboard. Our care model brings 2 to 3 care team members together for just five residents, creating the space for genuine one-on-one time.
We adapt to memory care, mobility, medication support provided by trained medical tech staff, and end-of-life support so families don't have to keep moving their loved one as needs change.
Visits are encouraged. We coordinate with family members, doctors, and outside therapists so care stays connected and consistent.
Our caregivers are trained in senior care best practices and stay with us for the long haul — meaning your loved one sees familiar faces, not a rotating roster.
Choosing care for a parent or spouse is one of the hardest decisions a family makes. We honor that. We talk plainly, listen carefully, and don't pressure anyone. If we're not the right fit, we'll say so and help you find what is.
