Services

Specialty Care,
Tailored Day By Day

Every resident comes to us with a different story and different needs. We build care plans together with families and adjust as life changes — so the home stays the same even as care levels evolve.

Our care model allows for a lot more one-on-one time: we have 2 to 3 care team members for just five residents. That means help is nearby, meals are unhurried, and no one gets lost in the shuffle.

Assistance With Daily Living

Bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility help — provided with patience, privacy, and respect.

Memory Support

Calm, predictable routines for residents experiencing dementia or Alzheimer's, with cues, redirection, and gentle structure.

Medication Management

Medication support is provided by trained medical tech staff who manage medication schedules, coordinate with doctors and pharmacies, and keep families informed.

Mobility & Fall Prevention

Transfer support, walker and wheelchair assistance, and a home environment designed to reduce fall risk.

Nutrition & Home Cooking

Three home-cooked meals a day plus snacks. Diets are tailored to each resident's needs and preferences.

End-Of-Life Care

Compassionate end-of-life support, in partnership with hospice when needed.

A Day At Grandma's Care

Routines are gentle and unhurried. Residents can join in or have quiet time — whichever feels right that day.

  • Morning routine and hygiene support, with as much independence as the resident wants
  • Home-cooked breakfast in the dining room
  • Light activity, music, or quiet time in the living areas
  • Lunch together, then rest or a visit with family (inside a beautiful patio area)
  • Afternoon walk in the garden when the weather is kind
  • Dinner, evening wind-down, and a calm bedtime routine
